Welcome to The Mindful Athlete: Meditation to Optimize Your Performance Sign Up page! As a Mindful Athlete member you will receive meditation guidance to help decrease your negative energy on and off the field/court/course while increasing your confidence, focus and concentration! Sports or any high performance related task can cause fear, undesirable anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, injuries, and a negative relationship with your sport, teammates, and yourself. Sports should be fun, enjoyable, rewarding, and uplifting. Adding meditation into your performance practice can create a positive mindset that will allow you to love your sport for all the right reasons and allow you to perform at your best!

 

As a Mindful Athlete member you will have access to live online meditation classes, weekly meditation tips and journal prompts, daily meditation scripts, and access to the Mindful Athlete private Facebook group. Due to the busy schedule of athletes, members have the freedom to access classes live or at their own convenience. Just like practicing the physical skills, meditation requires dedication, consistency and motivation in order to be successful. Together, virtually and in person, you can gain support from me and the Mindful Athlete community and stay on track with your performance goals.
